Apple Inc. has no involvement whatsoever in the creation, administration, or fulfillment of our giveaways. Giveaway Overview
OG Giveaways ("we", "us", or "our") operates promotional giveaways through our platform. By participating in any of our giveaways, you agree to these official rules and regulations.
Eligibility
To participate in our giveaways, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
- Be a legal resident of the United States
- Comply with all terms and conditions outlined in these rules
No Purchase Necessary
Our giveaways are completely free to enter and participate in. We do not solicit, request, or accept any money, payment, or purchase from participants. Our giveaways are ad-supported, and you may see advertisements while using our platform. Viewing advertisements does not constitute a purchase or payment.
Multiple Entries Prohibited
Each person is allowed only ONE entry per giveaway. Attempting to submit multiple entries, creating duplicate accounts, or using any fraudulent means to gain additional entries is strictly prohibited and may result in:
- Immediate disqualification from the current giveaway
- Disqualification from all future giveaways
- Forfeiture of any prizes won
- Permanent ban from the OG Giveaways platform
Technical Difficulties
OG Giveaways is not responsible for technical difficulties that may prevent or limit your participation, including but not limited to:
- Internet connection failures or interruptions
- Server downtime or maintenance
- Mobile device compatibility issues
- Email delivery issues
- Third-party service interruptions
- Any other technical malfunctions beyond our control
We reserve the right to extend, postpone, or cancel giveaways in the event of technical difficulties that compromise the integrity of the promotion.
Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries. Winners will be notified via:
- Email (if provided)
- In-app notification
Winners must respond within the timeframe specified in the notification to claim their prize. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.
Public Display of Winners
By participating in our giveaways, you agree that we may publicly display your username and the prize you won in reasonable places including:

- Social media platforms
- Winner announcement pages
- Marketing materials related to the giveaway
We will not share your personal contact information (phone number, email address, or physical address) publicly without your explicit consent.
Prize Fulfillment
All prizes are virtual and provided digitally - no physical shipping is involved. Prizes are generally provided within 24 hours of winning, though delivery may take longer depending on the nature of the prize and verification requirements. Prizes cannot be transferred, substituted, or exchanged for cash value except at our sole discretion.
Disqualification
We reserve the right to disqualify any participant who:
- Violates these rules
- Submits multiple entries
- Uses automated systems or bots to enter
- Provides false or fraudulent information
- Engages in any conduct that we deem unfair or harmful to the giveaway
Limitation of Liability
By participating in our giveaways, you agree to release and hold harmless OG Giveaways, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for claims, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from participation in the giveaway or acceptance of any prize.

Governing Law
These rules are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these rules or your participation in giveaways shall be resolved in accordance with applicable federal and state laws.
